What are your office hours?
The office is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) and from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm (Tuesday and Thursday). Our team is available 7 days a week for unit reservations, so don’t hesitate to ask us any question.
What are the access hours?
Gate hours are between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm daily. Our well-lit storage units will give you a safe place to store with protection from the weather.
How far are you from House Springs, Missouri?
We are only about 7 miles away, meaning you can reach us after a short 10-minute drive via Highway 30 from House Springs. We are also convenient to Dittmer, Cedar Hill Lakes, Morse Mill, and other communities in the area.
Do you offer drive-up access?
We sure do! The last thing you need is less-than-ideal conditions for loading and unloading items. When you drive out to our self-storage facility, you will be able to park directly next to your unit with easy-to-maneuver drive aisles.
How safe is storing here?
Our facility is protected by a security fence, surveillance cameras, gated entry, good lighting and on-site management. We always stay on top of what is happening in the self-storage industry!
